The Apartment Association of New Mexico is a trade association founded in 1979 to represent the multifamily housing industry in the State of New Mexico representing professionals in the multi-family rental industry. The membership includes apartment property owners, management companies, independent rental property owners (less than 100 units), developers and suppliers to the industry. Our focus is legislation, education and communication for the industry.

 

    AANM created Casa Ball in 2012 as a means of support for their "Charity of Choice", Heading Home.  In the three years since, Casa Ball has raised more than $50,000 in support of making experiences of homelessness rare, short-lived and non-recurring.
